TRAVEL

Fly into Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). It’s a Delta hub, so you’ll see lots of Delta flight options. To get to your hotel, rideshare is your best bet if you’re not renting a car. You can also consider this shuttle if you’re feeling adventurous.

Detroit is a very car-friendly city, and public transportation is limited. Lyft and Uber are available, and our hotel recommendations (see below) are centrally located. For guests who want to explore more of the city, renting a car is the easiest option. If renting a car isn’t possible and you’d still like to explore, let us know and we’ll happily help coordinate ride-sharing with other guests!

STAY

We're recommending that folks book a room at one of the two hotels listed. We didn’t reserve wedding blocks, but both hotels offer reliable accommodations in the heart of Downtown Detroit. If you’re a larger group or staying for a while, you may want to stay at an Airbnb. Look for spots anywhere along or near Woodward Ave. (e.g., Downtown, Midtown, New Center), all of which are accessible via the (free) Q Line as well.
